Recommended Review Order
When validating a new integration, follow the data flow:
Portal Views
Inspect the published evidence, the learning it produced, and the quality of the resulting agent responses.

| Interactions | Inspect published records by content, user, request, source, or time. Start here if a profile or playbook is missing. |
| Profiles | Review current, pending, and archived profiles, inspect their evidence, and manage their lifecycle. |
| Playbooks | Review user and agent playbooks, run aggregation, and approve or reject agent rules. |
| Evaluation | Inspect session success, failure details, retrieved-learning evidence, and regular-versus-shadow comparisons. |
| Human Questions | Review follow-ups routed to a human when pending tool calls are enabled. |
Settings
Configure your workspace in Settings. Programmatic callers should read the current configuration before updating nested fields, because nested objects are replaced as units.
